Man Charged with Killing Grandma

In Mid-August, the Greene County Prosecutor's Office reached an agreement with Brandon Wilson's attorneys. Even though the state believed Wilson had violated his probation in a prior domestic assault case, they agreed to let him remain on probation and out of jail with an order to stay away from his 79-year-old grandmother.

A little more than two weeks later, police believe Wilson, 34, beat and stabbed Bishop to death.

A witness allegedly told police Wilson had been living with Bishop even though he had gone to jail for assaulting her and had a court order to not have any contact with her.

Wilson is being held in jail without bond in the murder case.
