Resources for Victims of Crimes
Developed by the Missouri Department of Public Safety, this document outlines ones’ rights in the State of Missouri. This is a document that will be provided to a person before a forensic examination is conducted by a medical provider or upon initial interaction with a survivor by a law enforcement officer.
This is a document that, it seems, you will be asked to read and sign if it is presented to you. This document, at least the Large Print Edition linked above, is 21 pages that contains the entirety of the Missouri Sexual Assault Survivors’ Bill of Rights.
