Pre-Trial Conference Scheduled for David Smock

A Pre-Trial Conference has been scheduled for Stockton Doctor, David Smock on November 29th, 2022 at 1:30pm at 1010 N Boonville, Ave. Smock is being represented by Stacie Bilyeu. Smock is facing charges of 3rd Degree Child Molestation of a child under 14, Statutory Sodomy or Attempted Statutory Sodomy of a person less than 14, and enticement or attempted enticement of a child under 15. Smock has been in the custody of Greene County since January, 5th 2022.

According to court records, a request has been received for camera, microphone, and photographic coverage of the upcoming pre-trail conference and any future proceedings up to and including trial and post trial proceedings.

A new civil case has also been filed on September 1st against David Smock and Agape Boarding School by a minor Plaintiff that is being represented by William Hosmer of Springfield.

Smock’s company, Level 4 Medical, continues to be listed as the Health Care Service Provider for Safe Sound Secure Youth Ministries. Safe Sound Secure Youth Ministries, also known as Safe Sound Secure Transport is a company that specializes in transporting youth from their homes to treatment facilities, boarding schools, and other programs.

The owner of Safe Sound Secure Transport, Julio Sandoval, has been indicted on federal charges of Interstate Violation of a Protection Order, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in Prison and a $250,000 fine. Julio Sandoval is the former Dean of Students at Agape Boarding School in Stockton and is currently on the Board of Directors at ABM Ministries aka Lighthouse Christian Academy, another troubled teen boarding school in Piedmont, Missouri.
